Terms and Conditions under the New Normal:

• Room Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso.
• Room Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge.
• Rooms are inclusive of complimentary breakfast.
• Rooms are based on single or twin occupancy.
• Extra bed at Php 2,200.00 per night, inclusive of breakfast for one (1) person.
• Extra person at Php 1,980.00 per night, inclusive of breakfast for one (1) person.
• Rooms reservations should be in full payment upon confirmation.
• Confirmed rooms which paid in full (100%) are non-refundable.
• Cancellation notice should be given at least five (5) days prior to arrival date.
• Rooms cancelled on the day itself is considered “No show” and cancellation charges automatically applies.
• Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Incidental deposit of Php 3,000 per day is required upon check -in.
• Check in time is 2:00 p.m. Check out time is 12:00 noon.
• Payment for SBMA Environmental Fee (ETAF) of Php 100.00 per room per night to be paid upon check -in.
